I started downloading at about I think maybe 4:00p.m. it is now 11:07p.m. and it is still downloading. I contacting seller and they said it was my internet speed. We have plenty of internet speed. I have purchased many items like this for download and they are done in seconds. I told them just give me my money back because I didn't have time for this. But nope he refused! Here I am HOURS later and still am at 53% loaded. It is ridiculous! DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO KILL!!!
